Life in Canada

At the end of fourth grade, in March 1995, when he was less than 10 years old, Tim and his sister Ruxandra followed their parents to Montreal, Canada, where the family decided to settle. The separation from his grandparents and cousins was very difficult, but at the same time, his horizons opened up enormously. His integration into French Immersion school was immediate and he was always noticed for his excellent grades, his seriousness, his maturity and innovative spirit. He began to have personal opinions, to gain self-confidence, and to define himself based on the impeccable quality of everything he did, on his ambitions and on a strong sense of empathy towards everyone around him.
